Acronym(Jargon) List used by our Prime Minister Narendra Modi

Our honourable Prime minister used a lot of acronyms before and after election. He highlighted the various unnoticed and popular mischiefs and promoting his development agenda. Although he used many for showcasing the development agenda of the government. Jargons also help citizens to connect with the government. Mr Modi dedicated team is working very hard to create new jargons for different schemes.
                             As a civil services aspirant, for us these jargons are very useful in answer writing. I along with my friends remembered them and used it judiciously in the mains examination. I would classify them in different groups, such that it would be easy to remember and use.

International and Bilateral Relation
For Pakistan
     3 AKs - “Admired in Pakistan”:
         AK-47,
         AK Antony
         AK-49 who floated a new party
  • For Bhutan

     “B4B - Bharat for Bhutan.”
       (Bharat for Bhutan and Bhutan for Bharat)
  • For Bangladesh

      B2B – Bharat to Bangladesh
     He also used B-2- B --- Bullet to Ballot (Jammu and Kashmir election campaign).
  • For Nepal

         4Cs : Constitution
                   Connectivity
                   Culture
                   Coopeartion
  • Other One

           HIT: Highways,
                     Informationways,
                     Transmissionways.
  • For China à INCH to MILES



     India-China towards a Millennium of Exceptional Synergy
  • For Japan à Red tapism to Red Carpet(To improve ease of doing business in india, after receiving negative feedback from Japanese industrialist.)

  Jargon related to social issues
  •  For girl child education

   Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao
During his talk in mann ki baat, he raised problem related to the drug issue.
  •  Drugs  brings 3 things.  3D- Darkness, Destruction and Devastation.
  • For improving policing, he referred to SMART policing.

                S for strict but sensitive
                M for modern and mobile
                A for alert and accountable
                R for reliable and responsive
               T for techno-savvy and trained.
Economy related
  • He redefined the definition of FDI i.e. First Develop India.

To make Made in India a success, he referred to ROAD
               Responsibility,
               Ownership,
               Accountablity,
               Discipline.
  • DDD – mentioned in his address to NRIs at Madison Square(U.S.A.)

              The three engines that are empowering India are
              Democracy,
              Demographic Dividend,
              Demand (Huge market created by the multi-crore working population).
  • "5Ts" to "build brand India",

        Ts standing for talent,
                                 tradition,
                                 tourism,
                                 trade
                                technology.
For revival for textile industries
  •  5F Formula

             farm to fibre -> fibre to fabric ->fabric to fashion->fabric to foreign.

  • With the maiden successful mission of MARS mission, he used it beautifully to make us all proud by using the MOM jargon i.e. MOM never  disappoints.

Jargon related to governance
  • To utilise by skilling the huge demographic dividend, he used

      3Ss: Skill,
                 Scale,
                 Speed.
  • 4 Ps: People, Private, Public Partnership- He said the government should move from PPP to PPPP.
  • To define his government focus, he used 
         P2G2: Pro People Good Governance.
  • For water conservation, he used 5Cs

                           Collect River Water
                           Connect rivers,
                           Channelize water,
                           Control local water,
                           Community participation.
